my "there's-no-greasy-spoon-without-at-least-ONE-redeeming-feature" theory has taken another knock

Dammit, all I wanted for lunch was your typical Greek diner souvlaki n' starch special. Blue and white paint, framed photos of the Acropolis, bazuki music, harassed looking waitress with lots of jewellery, "Lunch Special 8.99", all CHECK.

Cold rice, dried vegetables, undercooked potatoes, overcooked brochette. I ASK YOU. And it took about 45 minutes to get in and out, at 1pm with one other customer.

Fool me once...
