Two more peach pies this weekend.  Saved myself at least an hour by NOT blanching and peeling the fruit, just scrubbed it to knock the nap down.  No complaints.  This will be my new peach pie strategy, I think.

Also managed to BBQ marinated skin-on chicken without burning the living hell out of it.

Not much else accomplished this weekend but a couple of culinary victories are better than nothing, and I'll take'em.
