I seriously thought I was quacking up.  Sitting at my desk and there's a weird click click click, randomly coming and going, and so faint as to be almost below my ability to hear it.  Weird transients in my (otherwise silent) headphones?  Computer oddity?  Strange echo from a neighboring cube?

Was my emergency can of cut rate black bean soup so funky that it was about to explode?

A mouse in my snack drawer?
